Description: Thin laid paper. Serial No. 1008. Plate letters “at.” Signed by L. Wood. Printer uncertain. Uniface. 95mm by 68mm. Evenly centered designs, a trifle faded, on nicely toned paper. Sic Semper Tyrannis replaces the counterfeiting admonition on this issue.
