Description: Laid paper. Serial No. 1587. Plate letters “ev.” Signed by J. Wray and E. Archer. Printer uncertain. Uniface. 95mm by 65mm. Nicely inked and slightly toned paper, bold penmanship at number and signatures. Old mathematical problem on verso in period ink. Some fading to the designs, foxing at left end, but still a pleasing example of a high-denomination scarcity.
