Description: Very thin paper. Serial No. 241. Signed by B. Stark, J. Hopkins, and B. Webb. Printer uncertain. Uniface. 100mm by 80mm. “An Act for the more effectual and speedy clothing the Army.” Evenly centered with small, tight margins, bold inking, and strong number and signatures. Perhaps not the prettiest note you will encounter, but it is a solid representative of the type and grade. Do your bit now in “clothing the Army.”
