Description: Very thin paper. Serial No. 763. Signed by J. Simmons, J. Hopkins, and B. Webb. Printer uncertain. Uniface. 100mm by 80mm. “An Act for the more effectual and speedy clothing the Army.” Evenly margined with only lightly faded printing on golden paper. The signatures and number are deeply rendered. A rare high-denomination note on Virginia, and one that will shine at bidding time.
