Description: Thick paper watermarked UNITED STATES. Serial No. 6817. Signed by R. Neil and B. Smith; countersigned on back by J. Borden. Two-Sided, red Interest Paid stamps on face, otherwise black, back in black and red. Printed by Hall and Sellers. Standard size. Choice aesthetically, and easily of the assigned grade. Once a part of a group lot in Ford, the present note is a stand-alone piece that has been singled out for its outstanding appeal and physical quality by PCGS. The ink is bold and bright on both sides, and the golden paper also engages the eye. A note that should perform nicely, even without its former compatriots.
