Description: Thick paper watermarked UNITED STATES. Serial No. 5521. Signed by R. Neil and B. Smith; countersigned on back by J. Borden. Two-Sided, red Interest Paid stamps on face, otherwise black, back in black and red. Printed by Hall and Sellers. Standard size. A great note all in, with still-lively inking, especially on the face. This note presents a solid in-hand presence, offering decent margins and no troublesome flaws for the grade.
