State of Maryland. October 17, 1780. One Sixth of a Dollar or Fifteen Pence. Fr. MD-125. PCGS Very Good-10 Details. Pieces Added, Multiple Repairs, Design Redrawn. As illustrated.

Description: Frail laid paper. Serial No. 9610. Signed by T. Johnson, Jr., faint ink. Printed by F. Green, Annapolis. 85mm by 62mm. Two-Sided. An appealing example of the issue, its former ragged edges now curated to a more evened state. The inking is strong though the inked signature and serial number are somewhat faint. Another rare denomination from this important issue. This will be a welcomed addition to a growing cabinet.
