Description: Laid paper. Serial No. 8378. Signed by A. Chapman, J. Parry, and E. Horne. Uniface. Printed by Andrew Bradford. 92mm by 75mm. An exceptional example of an early and rare Pennsylvania note. Slightly askew to the left on the face, paper creamy gold with still-deep black inking and strong signatures. According to the Newman reference, Ben Franklin mistakenly held he had created these notes. There is no mistaking the importance of this note.
