Province of Pennsylvania. March 1, 1769. Three Pounds or Sixty Shillings Indented Bill. Fr. PA-133. PCGS Very Fine-25 Details. Small Edge Repair. As illustrated.

Description: Thin coarse paper. Serial No. 224. Plate B. Signed by J. Nixon, Tho. Wharton, and Jos. Richardson. Two-Sided. Printed by David Hall and William Sellers. Printed Leaves back design. 88mm by 72mm. To Counterfeit Is Death. Pennsilvania spelling in text. Worn with rounded corners, but still with lively inking and strong hand signatures. A very elusive note in any grade. Well-made counterfeits of this type forced the withdrawal of the series prematurely. Choice to our eye, and equally choice for the grade.
