New-Jersey. June 14, 1757. Thirty Shillings. Fr. NJ-106. PCGS Choice Uncirculated-64 Details. Small Masked Stains. As illustrated.

Description: Thick paper. Plate C. Serial No. 566. Signed by S. Nevill, H. Hartshorne, and S. Smith. 103mm by 57mm. Two-Sided. Black ink both sides. Printed by James Parker, Woodbridge. To Counterfeit This Bill Is Death, every collector’s favorite colonial witticism. Newman referred to this as the “Sixth War Issue.” A gorgeous note by any standards, a piece that would be difficult to duplicate no matter how extensive – and lengthy – the search. Just 1,000 notes were printed from plates with A, B, C, and D note positions. Full margins and bold inking. A prize at this level, and a museum-quality note that probably cannot be duplicated. Do not let this one slip away!
