Description: Laid paper. Serial No. 81. Signed by Langworthy and Wade. 95mm by 74mm. Uniface. Originally the upper half of a two-note sheet when offered in the Ford catalog with a wide right margin that has been trimmed on this piece. (The other denomination on the sheet was One Half of a Dollar or Two Shillings and Six Pence, and is offered as the following lot.) Crisp, nicely centered as is, and boldly inked – there is not much more to ask for in a note of this issue.
