Description: Laid paper. Serial No. 15569. Signed by Andrew, Saltus, Evans, and O’Bryen. 115mm by 66mm. Uniface. Four signatures as found on the Green Seal notes, but the seal here is more orange than anything. Crisp paper and exceptional eye appeal coupled with strong centering and inking – a definite prize for an alert collector.
