Title: Gem-Inlaid Beads From Bones of a Holy Man!
Description: From Tibet, a Buddhist mala, a string of 108 prayer beads made from the bones of a lama (holy man), each inlaid with pieces of turquoise, carnelian, coral, etc., with coral divider. (The Buddhist rosary has 108 beads, and the use of human bones was meant to impress upon the devotee the transient nature of human existence.) Several hundred years old.
