Description: Sturdy, thin laid paper. Serial No. 1824. Signed by Peyton Randolph and Ro. C. Nicholas. Printer uncertain. Uniface. 77mm by 70mm. A splendid note, physically as well as aesthetically. Tight margins top and right, small margins bottom and left. The golden paper supports fairly bold vignettes and text, and the serial number and signatures are strong. Numerous signatures and other information in period pen and ink on verso. If you bid your best and still miss out on this rarity, take note.
