Description: Frail laid paper. Serial No. 4254. Signed by Ben. Waller and Phil. Johnson. Printed by William Hunter. Uniface. 85mm by 65mm. Verso co-signed numerous times in period pen. Some edge chips skillfully rebuilt since its appearance in Ford, but all to the better to our eyes. Warm golden paper, inking faded somewhat, serial number and signature a bit bolder. Rare as a denomination and as a note on the Act.
