Description: Coarse paper. Printed by Benjamin Edes. Serial No. 553. Signed by (?, faint and illegible) and Carlton. 68mm by 86mm. Two-Sided. Paul Revere’s ever-popular "Sword In Hand" vignette now on the face of the note. Perhaps trimmed a trifle tight, but still robust in appearance with very little soiling or foxing present. As wholesome today as it was in the Ford sale.
