Description: Laid paper. Serial No. 2036. Signed by Bowler and Greene, his in red. Printed by John Carter. Uniface. 69mm by 104mm. Here is a note that lives up to the given grade admirably. The eye appeal is substantial, the paper quality is solid, and the inking is full if somewhat faded. “This note is a beauty, and likely Condition Census,” noted the Ford writer. These lower denomination notes saw wide circulation in every day commerce, and are typically not found anywhere so nice as the present note. One for the specialists.
