Description: Laid paper. Serial No. 15080. Signed by Nathan. Marston, And. Barclay, and Law. Reade. Uniface. Printed by William Weyman on thinner laid paper than the Parker notes. Standard size. Anti-raising device of two unmarked dumbbells. ‘Tis Death To Counterfeit This Bill, another take on the counterfeiter’s fate if apprehended. A choice specimen for the grade and issue, with a wide right margin, tight to the other sides, but with full and dark vignettes and typeface. The signatures are readable and barely faded. Scarce so fine.
