1947-PDS U.S. Mint 28-Piece Double Mint Set with Original Envelope. Certified by ANACS, verified original and hologrammed by Original Set Verification (OSV).
Two of each denomination struck from each of the three operating mints. All of them are in holders, one for each issuing mint, each with the following “composite grade” assigned by ANACS for the coins within. Philadelphia: Two each cent, nickel, dime, quarter, and half dollar, Mint State-65.35. Denver: Two each cent, nickel, dime, quarter, and half dollar, Mint State-66.00. San Francisco: Two each cent, nickel, dime, and quarter – no S-mint half dollars were struck – MS-65.85. All of the coins exhibit toning to one degree or another, but none are blotchy or unattractive, indeed, quite the contrary in most instances. The original government envelope is also “encapsulated” in this new-style ANACS innovation. Wrapped in an OSV heavy paper band for good measure. (Total: 28 pieces plus envelope in four different holders).
