This fully brilliant and frosty Denver Mint half dollar exhibits whispers of faint golden iridescence on the obverse. Somewhat lightly struck at the centers, not an uncommon thing for the date. Though just over three million examples of the date were struck, it has proven to be elusive at the high end of the Gem classification as offered here. You won’t find a finer PCGS-certified example of the date according to their Population Report. Bid as though you mean it for this “condition rarity” sleeper.

PCGS Population: 134; none finer within any designation; five of the 134 are designated “+” by PCGS.
