A frosty and attractively toned example of this early branch mint issue in the series. Soft golden iridescence dominates both sides of this attractive specimen. A trifling amount of central obverse weakness is present is frequently seen for this Denver half dollar. In this year the mintmark was moved permanently to the reverse and remained in that position through the end of the series in 1947. Choice for the grade and a pleasing example of toned early 20th-century silver coinage.
