This warm golden-gray specimen offers a lot of eye appeal for the grade. The surfaces are rife with underlying luster that bolsters the scintillating array of varied gold and blue iridescent highlights, especially the highlights in Miss Liberty’s tresses. A natural planchet flaw, as struck, is seen at 1 o’clock relative to the obverse; some scattered marks are also present on this side. An altogether acceptable 18th-century dollar for your expert bidding consideration. PCGS #6878
Pedigree:From the Centennial Collection
