Fr. 321. 1891 $20 Silver Certificate. PMG Very Fine 25.

A portrait of Daniel Manning, Secretary of the Treasury from 1885-1887, is the central figure on this $20 Silver. This is a new addition to the census and is a nice mid-grade example. PMG has commented paper pull on the back, which is at top and minor at best.
